Classic Vintage invitation set

A very special stationery collection featuring authentic details.​

This is the perfect way to follow up the Telegram Save the Date! Set in the year 1904, this range includes lots of original touches, from postmarks to handcrafted fonts.

The invitation is printed on the same beautiful lined card as the Telegram, in a classic vintage design. You can add a biscuit colour info card, with a unique design based on newspaper and magazine advertisements from the late 1800s and early 1900s - including authentic illustrations! And the RSVP card in this range is a postcard design, featuring a photograph of your choosing on the front which I will edit into a vintage style - a perfect place to share a photo from your engagement shoot.

These cards are designed to be layered on top of each other, wrapped vertically with twine, and put into a ribbed kraft envelope (the same envelope stock used for the Telegram Save the Date). This envelope is printed with text and images to mimic an original envelope from the time, with postmarks and even a print of an authentic Edward VII stamp in use in 1904.

You can choose to add your guests' names to this envelope or leave it as generic writing - see the comparison in the photo above. You can also choose to add an almond colour envelope liner, as with the Telegram Save the Date, which I can personalise with your names. Plus you can pop a wax seal on the back, with a bow design to "tie" in with the twine.

When sending envelopes with wax seals through the post I always recommend adding a second, outer envelope to protect the seal, as modern mailing machines can damage them. So this collection includes a larger C5 envelope in almond colour, which I can add guests' names and addresses to. You can also add an envelope liner to this larger envelope, in biscuit or red colour.
